All our instruments are set up to a
professional playing standard, which
allows you to achieve the best musical enjoyment
that your instrument has to offer.
For students and beginners, the preference
for a stringed instrument is personal and
whether you want to play the violin,
viola, cello or double bass is all a
matter of choice. Auburn Strings is only
too happy to help you select the instrument
that is right for you. Auburn Strings will
also help you in choosing an instrument
that is the correct size. If the
instrument is too small or too large, then
the correct playing technique will not be
